The koi fish swimming in a circle is a classic symbol of balance. We designed this piece to capture that harmony, using the natural gradient of the wood tones to separate the flowing water motifs from the geometric outer border.

The Process
How It's Made: 7-Layer Precision Cutting
Each of the 7 layers is precision-cut from premium layered pine MDF. The laser chars the edges black, which we leave exposed to create sharp visual contrast. The layers are then hand-aligned and bonded to form a solid, heavy medallion.
