Orders & Gifting

Manage your purchases, gift options, and order modifications.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders enter our production queue rapidly. You can modify your order details (address or gift note) within 4 hours of placement. For structural changes to the artwork choice, please contact support immediately.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every Sutrayan piece arrives in a museum-grade wooden crate. You can select 'Gift Order' at checkout to remove pricing invoices and include a hand-written note on premium cardstock.
How do I track my order?
Once your artwork is crated and shipped, you will receive an email with a live tracking link. You can also view real-time status updates in your Account Dashboard under 'Order History'.
Can I rush my order?
We offer expedited production for an additional fee on select 'Ready to Ship' items. Custom commissions cannot be rushed due to the curing time required for the layers.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times, international shipping, and insurance.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship globally. We have established logistics partners for the US, UK, UAE, and Singapore. International shipments typically take 7-14 business days and include full transit insurance.
How long will delivery take?
Domestic (India) orders arrive in 3-5 business days via BlueDart or Delhivery. International orders take 7-14 business days via DHL or FedEx. Custom pieces require an additional 5-10 days for production.
Is shipping free?
We provide complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over INR 2999. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on volumetric weight.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
While extremely rare due to our wooden crating, accidents can happen. All shipments are fully insured. Send us photos of the damage within 48 hours, and we will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Return policies, refunds, and exchange processes.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If the artwork does not resonate with your space, you may return it for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Navigate to your Order History and select 'Return Item'. Alternatively, contact our concierge team. We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup for domestic orders.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the artwork reaches our studio and passes inspection (typically 2 days after pickup), the refund is processed immediately. It may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, and select mobile wallets. International cards are fully supported.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers; transactions are processed via secure gateways like Razorpay and Stripe.
Do you offer EMI options?
Yes, No-Cost EMI options are available on major credit cards for orders above INR 5,000. You can select your preferred plan at checkout.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Enter your GST number on the checkout page, and a tax invoice will be emailed to you automatically upon order confirmation.

Product & Care

Materials, maintenance, and custom commissions.

Are these real wood?
Yes — we use premium layered pine MDF, which is engineered for durability and a clean matte finish. It doesn't warp or crack like solid wood, and holds intricate laser-cut detail perfectly.
How do I clean the artwork?
Use a dry microfiber cloth or a soft bristle brush to dust the layers. Do not use water, damp cloths, or chemical cleaners, as moisture can damage the MDF finish.
Can I customize the colors?
Yes. We accept custom commissions for size and color palette adjustments. Please contact our design team via the Contact page with your requirements for a quote.
How do I hang the artwork?
Every piece comes with a pre-installed, heavy-duty French Cleat or sawtooth hanger system. We also include a wall template and necessary hardware (screws/plugs) to make installation fool-proof.
