We wanted to create a bar accessory that doubles as decor. By separating the classic face-card illustrations into physical layers, the King, Queen, and Jack gain a 3D effect that catches the light on your coffee table.

How It's Made: Precision Layering
Each coaster is built from three distinct layers of premium pine MDF. The top natural-finish layer is laser-cut to reveal the matte black core underneath. Finally, the pieces are hand-aligned and bonded for a seamless, sturdy finish.
