The Process

How It's Made: Precision Layering

Each piece starts as flat premium layered pine MDF. We laser-cut 7 distinct layers, applying different stains from light cream to dark walnut. The laser naturally chars the edges, creating a built-in outline effect. Every layer is then hand-aligned and glued to build the final 3D structure.
