The Process

How It's Made: Precision Stacking

We start by mapping the feather's natural flow into vector lines. A high-precision laser cuts each of the seven layers from premium pine MDF. Our makers then hand-align and bond the wood-grain, matte cream, and espresso layers to build the 3D profile.
